5 STAR Review How to spend money to save money: We ended up getting two inspections because there were a number of things in the first property that were not visible to the casual observer. But Scott and Valerie are absolutely a dream team, the best in mom and pop businesses! The first inspection saved us a very costly mistake and the second one provided a wonderful tool for dealing with the owner. Highly recommend!

This is our first time buying a home in Arkansas. We didn’t know where to begin or who to choose for our home inspector. I started doing research and Boyle Home Inspections showed up. I went through the Facebook posts and noticed how detailed the pictures and findings were. My husband and I decided to go with Boyle Home Inspections and we are glad we did! He was so detailed and covered from top to bottom in and out of the house!! He found things we would’ve never noticed ourselves! We had two active leaks that we would’ve never been able to detect on our own. We used Boyle Property Inspections for a home we are purchasing in Jonesboro, AR. Scott and Valerie were very friendly throughout the entire process. Scott was very thorough in his inspection, which lasted over 3 hours for our new 3200 sq ft home. I am an engineer and have lots of questions. He didn’t’ mind my questions at all and always gave an honest & appropriate answer, even if it (rarely) was “I don’t know.” He clearly knows his stuff. We got a lengthy, detailed report the next day. They were very prompt to answer questions after the inspection as well. We could not have been happier with the home inspection service they provided. We will definitely use them if we need another home inspection in the future!

BPI were very thorough and professional! I’m a first time home buyer and their inspection left me with a peace of mind on buying my new (to me) home. They truly inspected EVERYTHING and included pictures to back up everything they saw. I was unable to attend the inspection, but from the pictures and report I feel 100% satisfied with the minor things they found that needed to be fixed. Thanks for the detailed inspection worth every penny! And with your inspection I possibly have dodged a bullet. This house looked great as an investment. However; after the inspection it appears there is significant structural damage out of sight which could cost a lot of money. Therefore were still discussing options for a purchase.
